One of the most respected Techmarines in the Chapter. Seran always follows procedures with machine-like logic, always taking the most optimal decision. In 323.M41 Seran was appointed by Chapter Master as Master of the Forge.
Seran has proven his mastery of technology on many occasions, chief amongst which was when he successfully modified and launched a Quake bomb into the atmosphere of Prothera, successfully quelling a mega-hurricane preventing citizens from being evacuated from the rapidly deteriorating ecosystem.
In the many years he has spent in the Tombstone's unprallelled Forge, Seran has become a master of all technology he surveys, with a mechanical capability unrivalled by perhaps everyone in the Sector but Fabricator-General Regon himself.
In 356.M41 Seran took the young but extremely talented Techmarine Praxis on as his personal apprentice.
